The River Nile has been flowing thousands of years giving life a chance to flourish in the hostile Sahara desert.
Thanks to the Aswan dam, all the dreaded crocodiles are not be seen on our route, and the water quality is high.
We paddle from Aswan to Edfu and will be accompanied by a traditional sailing boat, which means when you are tired of paddling, you can jump onboard an relax onboard and join the crew sailing, read or chill and listen to music. Food and drinks are included and the crew cooks fresh food on board.
We stop in Nubian Villages, temples like Kom Ombo, Edfu, Philae and experience the traditional life of the fishermen on the shores of the Nile.
We sleep onboard
of the sailing boat- there is not much privacy but there are showers and toilets. What are you waiting for- join this adventure of a lifetime!
Included in the
tripfee of 620 Euro:
Not included: alcoholic drinks, SUP Boards (you can bring your own or rent from us for an additional fee of 150 Euro), entrance fee to the temples
This is a trip
for adventurers. This trip is doable for all levels - so it doesnt matter if you paddle regularly or if you are new to the sport or if you want to bring your non paddling partner or family, as
non paddlers are welcome onboard too. If you are happy to meet new people, to sleep on a sailingboat, to see Egypt off the beaten tourist path and to discover temples without touristcrowds hidden
on the rivershore, where the big cruiseships can't stop- then this is your trip.

Fly into Cairo and take an inlandflight to Aswan- we will pick you up on the 21st from the airport or if you arrive earlier, we pick you up at your hotel. As an alternative you can catch the overnight train from Cairo to Aswan, which is definitely a journey back in time and an experience.
If you find cheaper flights into Hurghada or if you want to paddle or scuba dive before or after in the Red Sea too, we organise a shuttle bus from Hurghada to Aswan on the 20th, but its a long 10 hour drive!
